The 3-Step Access Process
1. Order & Payment
Submit your PrEP order on our Asia Pride Games microsite and complete payment. Your final order may be adjusted to match the quantity and type of PrEP prescribed by your doctor.
2. Doctor & Blood Test
Consult our partner clinics we provide you after ordering in your country for blood test and consultation and submit valid prescription to us (Medical diagnosis also required for Taiwan deliveries/collection).
3. Assisted Declaration & Delivery
Your medication is shipped from Thailand GPO/Partner Clinics directly to you with customs assistance where required.
Important Purchase Notes & Disclaimers
- This website PrEPAsia is operated by Vensure Medical Group (Singapore), providing facilitation services for the personal import application of "Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV".
- Before taking PrEP, you must visit an infectious disease clinic at a medical institution for a physician's evaluation and blood tests to understand your physical condition, listen to the physician's explanation, and obtain a PrEP prescription or test report.
- Please ensure that you have recently passed HIV, liver/kidney function, and Hepatitis B virus tests before ordering and using PrEP.
- Please confirm that you have not been at risk of HIV exposure (such as high-risk behaviors like condomless sex or sharing needles) within 21 days prior to your HIV test.
- You will need to provide us with your hospital prescription or test report either before or after placing your order.
- After submitting your order, our team will send the relevant quotation or payment instructions for the next processing step.
- Payments made by Taiwan clients will be subject to an additional 10% payment platform and administrative fee (this applies only to Taiwan / Asia Pride Games-related orders). Payment will be collected based on the prevailing Singapore exchange rate on the day of payment.
- The PrEP you ordered is strictly for your personal use only. Do not resell, transfer, or provide it to others for consumption.
- Asia Pride Games 2026 Promotion: Shipping subsidies (Individual or Companion discounts) are exclusive to registered Asia Pride Games 2026 participants ordering 3 or more bottles.
- Companion Orders: Promotion is open to any clients from the same country as long as ONE of the orders is from an Asia Pride Games Participant and both share the same delivery country. Orders are processed only when both parties have completed payment.
- Eligibility: Orders will not be delivered if the ordering party is found not to be an Asia Pride Games participant or the designated companion of an Asia Pride Games participant.
- Shipping refund guarantee: PrEPAsia offers a shipping refund guarantee if the shipment does not arrive at the destination country customs within the stated delivery timelines.

Terms and Conditions
- The deadline for event participation, order payment, prescription, and document submission is May 31, 2026 (Note: Asia Pride Games Office collection ends strictly on May 8, 2026).
- All orders require a valid medical prescription; we will confirm orders within the approved scope on a case-by-case basis.
- If using promotional discounts, the quantity of medication ordered must comply with the prescribed limits and be approved by partner clinics.
- If the user finds the product unsuitable, a full refund can be issued upon physician confirmation. For all other refunds, a 10% processing fee will be retained, and the remaining balance can be used as credit for future orders (excluding promotional amounts).
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Asia Pride Games Kaohsiung Collection Address & Window: Collection is available from 27 Apr to 9 May 2026 at the Asia Pride Games Kaohsiung Offices. TFDA and customs processing are managed by PrEPAsia's Taiwan customer service. Parcel availability and release remain subject to TFDA and Taiwan Customs approval. - Vensure Medical Group (Singapore) reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions, and regulations or cancel the event. Please refer to the event webpage for details.
- Each Asia Pride Games registrant may enjoy this offer only once.
- Delivery timelines prior to the games are subject to TFDA and customs processes and are best-effort estimates only.
- Any customs duties or additional charges imposed by the destination country authorities are the client's responsibility.
- Due to Japanese regulations allowing only one bottle shipment per month, the free shipping offer applies only to the first bottle shipment. An additional 30 SGD shipping fee applies for each additional bottle shipped per month thereafter for the same order.
- Shipping fees for non-Taiwan destinations include insurance, shipping, and a 25 SGD handling fee. For companion orders delivered outside Taiwan, the free-shipping offer still retains the 25 SGD handling fee after the 45 SGD discount is applied.
- Pricing, including shipping fees, may differ by country and is subject to regulatory requirements specific to the receiving country.
- All prices are based on Singapore Dollar costs and are subject to exchange-rate fluctuations.
- If any party in a companion order cancels their order for any reason, in addition to the 10% processing fee, an additional 25 SGD will be deducted from the refund to cover the difference in the companion discount versus the individual discount accorded to the proceeding partner.
